2. Data we collect
- Email address you provide
- Country code you select
- Submission timestamp (UTC), IP address and user agent (for consent accountability under Art. 5(2) GDPR)
- Page URL where the form was submitted
- Exact text and version of the consent you accepted
- Double opt-in confirmation token and its status
3. Purpose & legal basis
We process your data to operate the VIA waitlist and to notify you when the product launches. Legal basis: your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Polish ŚUDE Art. 10 and Telecommunications Law Art. 172 also apply to the email channel.
4. Recipients & processors
Your data may be shared with the following processors strictly for the purposes above:
- Email delivery provider (transactional emails)
- Hosting and database providers
- Analytics provider (PostHog) — for product analytics
Some processors are located outside the EEA (e.g. United States). Transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and additional safeguards required by GDPR.
5. Retention
We keep your data until you withdraw consent, or 24 months after launch — whichever is earlier. Consent-evidence records are kept separately for as long as required to defend against potential claims.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your data and obtain a copy
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)
- Lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), uodo.gov.pl

7. Voluntariness
Providing your email is voluntary, but necessary to be added to the waitlist.
8. Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies to remember whether you have submitted the form. We use PostHog to measure aggregate product usage. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers and via a notice on this page.
